Donate For Animal Rescue – Thank you for considering a donation to Seminole County Animal Services! We strive to provide all current and future residents with the best possible care. We can only achieve this goal with the help of caring individuals and their donations. While monetary donations are always welcome, there are other ways to donate to the homeless animals of Seminole County.

All monetary donations, whether made at the shelter, mailed to us or made online by credit card, are deposited into the fund. These donations are used for medications and general supplies that are not normally funded in our operating budget. Some of the ways your monetary donation can help the fund are:

You can make a world of difference in the lives of our shelter animals by donating a Kuranda bed to our shelter. The Kuranda bed provides a comfortable top for dogs and cats to sleep on. This bed will last for years due to its easy cleaning and chew-proof material.

As we are now at capacity, we will focus on emergency intake situations, including animals in need of immediate care due to disability/owner hospital etc. As our space is limited, and to ensure we are able to assist in such emergencies. , we will not take voluntary surrender for the foreseeable future. We encourage people in less dire situations to seek out friends, family, foster care, pet assistance programs, or personal rescue options. We use a variety of pet accessories on a daily basis and always need this. Many items can be ordered online and shipped directly to our shelter at 1601 Eubanks Road, Chapel Hill, NC, 27516. See a list of our most used and needed supplies.

You can also drop off donations at the designated area in front of our adoption entrance at any time or bring them to the shelter during business hours if you prefer. We can always accept delivery from online sources (Amazon, Chewy, etc.). Thanks for your support!

To keep more pets in their homes and families, we’ve developed a fund that can help Orange County residents with non-routine, non-emergency veterinary expenses. In general, we see many heartbreaking pets surrendering to our shelter as a result of owners not being able to properly care for their pets when they need medical attention.

How And What To Donate To An Animal Rescue Group Homeless Pets Foundation

These funds are available to Orange County residents based on need and ability to meet income criteria. Getting this help requires cooperation with a local veterinarian or specialist, and can cover all or part of medical costs for problems such as: skin infections and other skin problems. , dental problems, minor operations etc. This fund does not cover routine veterinary visits and vaccinations. This fund does not cover urgent emergencies that require immediate attention. Funds will be given directly to veterinarians and animal clinics or hospitals. These funds are provided by generous donations.

Not enough people donate to local organizations. We know that Covid 19 has hurt everyone, but WE need YOU (supporters/adopters/clients of our clinic) now more than ever – just like any other small nonprofit, so we look forward to your holiday spirit and goodwill.
