Alex’s Lemonade Stand partners with Charitable Adult Rides & Services (CARS) to handle the processing of our car donations. The first step is to contact ALSF’s dedicated call center at 855-227-2573 or fill out the online form. They will help you with the paperwork, collect your car and issue a tax receipt. After your car is repossessed, it will be sold at auction or at a used car dealer.

Car donations are tax deductible. Generally, donors will receive an initial receipt from the tow driver upon pickup. Donors will also be sent a letter on behalf of ALSF that serves as your tax receipt within 30 days of the vehicle sale.
