If your ACT score and high school GPA fall within the $8,000 category on this chart, you are eligible for this scholarship if you are a first-time graduate student. You do not need to apply for this scholarship as it is automatically applied to your student account. If you qualify, you will be awarded a scholarship of $1,000 per semester, renewable for eight consecutive semesters. To continue receiving this scholarship, you must complete 15 credits per semester (or 30 hours per academic year) and maintain a 2.5 GPA.

Asu Sat Scholarship
If your ACT score and high school GPA fall within the $14,000 category on this chart, you are eligible for this scholarship if you are a first-time graduate student. You do not need to apply for this scholarship as it is automatically applied to your student account. If you qualify, you will be awarded a scholarship of $1,750 per semester, renewable for eight consecutive semesters. To continue receiving this scholarship, you must complete 15 credits each semester (or 30 hours each academic year) and maintain a 2.75 GPA.
Arizona State University Campus Immersion
If your ACT score and high school GPA fall within the $20,000 category on this chart, you are eligible for this scholarship if you are a first-time post-secondary student. You do not need to apply for this scholarship as it is automatically applied to your student account. If you qualify, you will be awarded a scholarship of $2,500 per semester, renewable for eight consecutive semesters. To continue receiving this scholarship, you must complete 15 credits per semester (or 30 hours per academic year) and maintain a 3.0 GPA. As a recipient of an Arizona State University scholarship, all or part of your college tuition will be paid for. To make the most of this opportunity, it’s important to know what to do to protect your scholarship. If you are awarded a merit scholarship and receive a discount in addition, your scholarship award will not exceed its value after discount benefits are applied. Students are awarded multiple awards that are intended to cover their base and cannot receive awards beyond their limits.

How To Make Your Tempe Diablos Scholarship Application Stand Out
If you meet the renewal criteria listed below at the end of each spring semester to complete your bachelor’s degree, your Institutional Support Scholarship is awarded for eight consecutive semesters of eligibility, fall and spring.
Your Institutional Merit Scholarship is awarded for a total of four consecutive semesters of eligibility, fall and spring, if you meet the renewal criteria listed below at the end of each spring semester to complete your bachelor’s degree.
All new and continuing ASU Merit Scholarship recipients must complete at least 30 ASU credits by the end of each spring semester.
You must be continuously enrolled at the university to renew your scholarship for the next academic year.
Asu Admission Requirements
Any interruption of enrollment without an acceptable delay recorded with the scholarship office will result in the loss of your scholarship. See the section Absences/Postponements below.
If you have been awarded a scholarship but have an approved deferment for the fall and plan to attend in the spring, you must complete a total of 15 ASU credits with a minimum 3.00 ASU cumulative GPA by the end of the spring semester. You must complete a total of 30 ASU credits with a minimum 3.00 ASU cumulative GPA by the end of each remaining spring semester.
If you have a New American University scholarship at the National Scholar, President’s, Provost’s, or Dean’s level and have completed your bachelor’s degree in less than eight semesters, the remaining semester scholarship amount can be applied to ASU’s advanced graduate program. The following do not meet the credit hour requirements for renewal eligibility; However, these can be used towards your total credits towards degree completion:

Graduating seniors can earn a certificate of completion for courses that require less than full-time hours to complete their studies and remain eligible while attending school part-time.
Students with accommodations approved by the Office of Student Access and Inclusive Education Services may be eligible for scholarships while attending part-time. Find out more about this option on the Student Access and Inclusive Education Services website.
Changing your status from nonresident to nonresident will result in adjustments to your cost of attendance, scholarship, and financial aid amount. If you meet the renewal criteria, certain eligible scholarship amounts will be adjusted to the corresponding resident rate as of the semester of your status change. Please note that you will be responsible for any charges incurred on your student account after your scholarship has been adjusted or cancelled.
Changing campus, major, or thesis will result in adjustments to the cost of attendance, scholarships, and financial aid. Examples include students participating in the Western Undergraduate Exchange and ASU Lake Havasu programs, and students who qualify for the reduced Arizona high school graduation rate for non-resident students.

Students enrolled in an ASU Online major are not eligible for these scholarships. If you change your major to an online major, you will lose eligibility for scholarships.

If you need to complete more credit hours to meet renewal requirements or improve your cumulative GPA, you can take summer school to get back on track.
Please note that the scholarship only applies to the autumn and spring semesters, and cannot be used for summer sessions, so you will need to find other options to pay for summer courses. Work with your advisor to see if the summer enrollment option can help you stay eligible.

Asu Scholarships To Apply For In September 2023
An appeal may only be an option if you have significant and extenuating circumstances beyond your control, such as a prolonged, serious medical emergency.

The scholarships for the coming academic year 2024-25 open on 1 November 2023 and close on 1 February 2024. This scholarship is for both future and current students. Scholarship award recipients will be notified via ASU email on April 1, 2024.
Many financial aid opportunities, including merit-based and need-based aid, are available to students at Barrett, The Honors College. Needed Aid requires a current FAFSA form on file. The FAFSA is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Students are strongly encouraged to submit a FAFSA even if they are unsure whether need-based financial aid will be available. Generally, the FAFSA is due on October 1 each year. However, due to FAFSA updates, the 2024-2025 FAFSA is expected to be available in December 2023 (and not in October). International students who are unable to submit a FAFSA will be asked to complete the budget form provided during the application process.
